With the model of integrated management adopted under the rules UNE-EN-ISO 9001, UNE-EN 9100 y UNE-EN-ISO 14001, it is aimed to cover the requirements of highly demanding sectors like aeronautics and the automobile sector, as well as the necessary environmental requirements. At the same time, Meupe is certified as provider of the main companies of both sectors. MEUPE has adequate installations that include dimensional and tridimensional measuring equipment of the latest generation. This ensures the reliability of the production means and the final result of a perfect tracking of the journey of the product, with its relevant documentation and a functional quality in compliance with the strictest requirements and needs of the clients.
Control of quality and environmentIf the precision in the manufacture of products is the maxim that governs the whole policy of Meupe, that is due to the high level of exigency and the extreme qualification of the Department of Quality. The whole process, from when metal parts enter the production chain to be smoothed down until acquiring the stipulated form according to the design patterns, can be visualised thanks to an advanced computer system. This ensures that nothing fails and that the requirements imposed by each client are reliably fulfilled. These levels of traceability allow the consultation of the state of each order and precise adjustment of the deadline.
Composed of eight people, it follows the whole procedure in the production chain of each order, from its entrance through the Department of Administration until it leaves destined for the client, fulfilling the stipulated deadlines on time.
It is responsible for auditing each part according to the standards of excellence with which Meupe works. It is one of the fundamental pillars of the company. Above all, Meupe prioritises the work well done to achieve the maximum satisfaction of its clients.
Since 2004 the management of Meupe is protected by the certificate of quality ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and the specific 9100:2010 that prizes its management of quality for the demanding aeronautical industry. Furthermore, Meupe boasts the prestigious Nadcap (link) certificate which endorses the heat treatments that are carried out in the company with the greatest thoroughness and efficiency.

We have managed to decrease coolant waste through its reuse thanks to the implementation of clean technologies (Best Techniques Available). These procedures are periodically reviewed to adapt to the demands and trends of the market and the international regulations regarding the environment.
